CORONA - SHOP POLICY

Our schedule:

We have made our schedule more transparent so you may choose a day that suits you best. There are a different amount of people present depending on the day. For each barber there is also a client present. Our chairs are well spaced. More than 1 1/2 meters apart.

Tuesdays: 11:00 to 17:00. Only 1 Barber present. 

Wednsdays: 11:00 to 19:00. Only 2 Barbers present.

Thursdays: 11:00 to 19:00. 3 Barbers plus Floor Manager. 

Fridays & Saturdays: 10:00 to 18:00. 3 Barbers plus Floor Manager.

Sundays: 10:00 to 18:00. Only 2 Barber present. 



Shop Policy - Continued


Now that the NL governement has relaxed their policy we will soon follow. We will continue, however, for at least another two weeks. We are not at the liberty of being able to take any risks. So until at least mid March we will continue.


Our front door is locked due to Covid please ring doorbell for entrance. We hope that we can unlock the door soon and have a opendoor policy again.


For our guests coming to the shop:

If you or someone you live with have symptoms like head cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, coughing, raised temperature (38C+). Please stay home & cancel appointment. Book again a week or so later or when symptoms subside.


3G QRcode - Vaccinated and boosted or Negative tested (24hrs) - required:

  • Corona Check App - QrCode International (NL 3G is no longer available)

    Bring your ID as the app regularly asks for confirmation with ID
    If your Vaccination proof is from outside EU have documented / digital proof as well as ID.

    Negative test (event entrance test 24hrs) must be within 24hrs of appointment. 
    1G does still work in the app. So for proof of vaccination please show 3G International.

  • Please wait the appropriate time for your vaccination to take effect. Pfizer / Moderna 10-14 days after second. Janssen 28 days.

  • Wait 1 week:
    if returning from vacation before coming to us unless you negative test with proof.
    if you or someone you live with has tested positive for Covind19

  • Masks are optional due to QRcode 

  • No Triage at the door.

  • No Temperature check.

  • Medical Professionals no need to make special appointments.

Non Vaccinated or Non Tested We Rather Not:

  • We apologise for any inconvenience but we choose to keep our shop open after being closed for so long. We also want to keep our clients and staff safe.

  • This includes children under 12 without 3G QRcode or other proof like negative entrance test for events. This must not be older than 24hrs. Do not go to GGD. There are other testing sites around the city. Most of the tests are free.

  • If you choose not to vaccinate then at least choose to test (Negatively) and show results.
    Otherwise please cancel your appointment. We hope to be able to serve you in the future. 


Also for our guests:

  • For the time being our front door is locked please ring doorbell for entrance.

  • Please follow any instructions given by our team. We will always try to ensure your safety and ours.

  • Wash your hands when you come in. We have hand sanitiser at the front door.

  • A Corona surcharge of €5 is added to every client to compensate the extra time and costs that are made. After the crisis is over we will remove this.

  • Please pay by pin or mobile.

  • Face masks are available if needed by clients. However due to our strict 3G policies and other procedures they remain optional. If the client wishes the barbers too will wear a mask.

  • Walkins are welcome however appointments have prority. If we can fit you in we will try.


We currently have fewer time slots available throughout the day. This is due to us increasing the level of cleanliness and disinfecting all surfaces and tools after every customer. Therefore the limited time slots that we have available are valuable and must be used as booked, and if not then cancel 24 hours ahead of time so that another can take the appointment.


If you do not cancel, and do not arrive on time or miss the time slot all together then we have to charge as if you were present. We hope you understand why we have to make these changes.


You can cancel your appointment yourself 24 hours before by using the grey link (Annuleer Afspraak) in confirmation email that was sent to you (check your spam folders). Would you like to change your appointment? Cancel using link and make a new one online. If that fails; contact us by telefoon using, tel. 020-8453778. It is not possible to change details of the the appointment online or by email or by phone. To change or cancel use link to cancel then make a new appointment.
